Art It Out

Art it Out! is a small group program designed to allow young people to gather together virtually and create art for the express purpose of relaxation, stress reduction and self-reflection. Sessions explore topics such as Gratitude, Seeing Possibilities, Music and Feeling and the Future. This program is ideally suited for youth who are prone to anxious thoughts and who may find art to be an effective and enjoyable coping tool.

No artistic ability is required to take part in this group, but an interest in art and a willingness to participate and contribute to the group each week is encouraged. Materials can be provided to those participants requiring them.

Date: Mondays* starting January 24, running until March 21, 2021 – 6:00-7:30pm on Zoom

Ages 15-17
