Celebrating Halloween
Rebound Child & Youth Services Northumberland celebrated Halloween this year with three virtual Halloween contests and the staff team had some fun in their costumes!
All contestants were 6-18 years of age and reside in Northumberland County. The contest ran from Oct. 13, 2020 to Oct. 28, 2020.
