March 29, 2021: In these uncertain times, fundraising can be a challenge. When Rebound set its ambitious fundraising goal of $65,760 back in April 2020, it would have been impossible to imagine the difficult year ahead. As Rebound’s fiscal year came to a close and it appeared we may finish shy of our target, LiUNA! Local 183 stepped in to generously help us to meet (and surpass!) our fundraising goal with a donation of over $5,500.

LiUNA! Local 183 is the largest construction local union in North America, representing over 58,000 construction workers in the GTA. Located in Cobourg, LiUNA! has a longstanding history of supporting local charities, and we are honoured that this year they have chosen to support Rebound.

We continue to be humbled by the generosity of Northumberland’s individuals and businesses, who recognize the important work we do in supporting this County’s children, youth, and families.
