Rebound's 2019-2020 Annual General Meeting Went Virtual
Many thanks to the dozens of community partners, board members, volunteers and supporters who logged into our first-ever virtual AGM on September 16th and celebrated the successes of this very unusual year. Carol Beauchamp, Executive Director, presented Rebound’s 2020
Annual Report, which outlined “a banner year of Progress and expansion for Rebound”. Carol highlighted in the report that year-over-year growth in unique clients served rose to 1,150 from 628 the previous year, and clients served through programs increased to 1,784, up from 1,128 in the previous fiscal year.
Carol also took the opportunity to reflect on a number of positive community partnerships that formed the bedrock of this past year, including a partnership with Northumberland Hills Hospital Community Mental Health which resulted in the opening of the Child and Youth Mental Health Walk-in. She also highlighted Rebound’s partnership with the Ontario Health Team-Northumberland (OHT), which has allowed the agency to develop relationships with other organizations also engaged in serving children, youth and families.
